Training levels

Customer: is anyone who bought a product from the company.

Partner: Anyone who has an account in the company and started the training course, even if the balance of his sales 0/0.

Stage 1: Each partner completed the STAGE 1 training sessions.

Stage 2: Each partner was stage 1, then he had two partners 1/1, and with his up-line , which he is Stage 3, applied and finished stage 1 to his new partners, and he has two partners Stage 1, Stage 1 / Stage 1 .

Stage 3: Each partner has implemented STEG 1 and finished it on his partners partners , and they are four  and has two STEG 2 partners, one in Team A and the other in Team B on his marketing groups .

Presenter : Each partner has at least $ 5,000 sales, with a 70/30% balance, and his account in a START slide. He can present a full group presentation  + PC. He has two Stage 3 partners in Team A and two Stage 3 partners in Team B, and he is ready to travel to serve his team within his state.

In-service : Each partner who has at least $ 30,000 sales with a 70/30% balance, has approved the honor code of In-service rank, has organized a group training event in the presence of 100 partners and above successfully and he is ready to travel to serve his team outside his country. He has two presenters is in Group A and has two presenters Group B team and his account in slide Challenge.

Pre- Leader: Each partner has at least $ 70,000 sales with a 70/30% balance, plus two In-services in Team A and two In-services in Team B. He has at least one presenter outside his country and has traveled to another country to support his team, And his account in slide RISE.

Leader: Each partner has at least $ 120,000 sales with a balance of 70/30% plus two Pre- Leaders in Team A and two Pre- Leaders in Team B. He has at least one In-service in a country outside his country . He attended at least one training event for the company outside his country, and his account in slide BEST

Coach : Each partner has at least $ 200,000 sales with a 70/30% balance plus two Leaders in Team A and Leaders in Team B, and has organized a continental training event for at least three countries once,and his account in slide BEST .

Grand Up-line : He is the leader of the Phoenix Training Organization and its Executive Director.

 

General Notes :

 

1 - Any account to have of any rank from Presenter and above, the account must be Reborn

2. The partner who has met the training requirements of a rank may obtain the same rank on two other accounts. The information must be identical to the basic account information. The maximum number of accounts should be three.

3. A partner who qualifies for a certain rank must be G-A.

4. In the event of violation of the terms and procedures, the partner loses his or her own rank and, upon re-application to the rank, must meet all conditions again, and shall not be dealt with retroactively.

5 - The time required to activate a certain rank, from the date of maturity is between 1/5 days.
