Product return policy and conditions:

 

  • A 7-day return policy applies from the date of receipt.
  • This policy applies to customers who make electronic payments exclusively via Visa & MasterCard bank cards

  • The advantages or commissions resulting from the purchase process via electronic payment will remain suspended until the customer confirms the purchase and thus waives his right to cancel the purchase order and return the product or until P4M confirms the purchase automatically after the expiry of the aforementioned period, knowing that the cancellation process is as mentioned Previously, by request via e-mail to the company, and in the event of approval, the partner will lose the mentioned advantages and commissions
  • Valid proof of purchase (invoice, order number, etc.)
  • All returned items must be in their original condition (closed in its original packaging with all accessories included).
  • Used or incomplete products will not be returned.

  • Products purchased through promotion, direct sales, or from the E-SHOP system cannot be returned.

Product Replacement Policy:

 

  •  Replacement policy applies for a period of 7 days from the date of receipt.

  • P4M bears all costs of returning the old product and shipping the new product and the resulting additional costs without the customer bearing any amount
